You must apply before 7 March for your child's 11-15 or 5-10 Oyster photocard. Please sign, date and return to TfL the part-complete form we sent you or phone 0343 222 1234.
TfL will stop all Child and U14 cards on 15 March and these photocards will not be accepted for travel after this date.
If your child has a blue Child (C) or Under-14 (U14) Oyster photocard you must apply before 7 March to get an 11-15 or 5-10 Oyster photocard for your child. This will be issued free of charge.
The Child and U14 schemes have been discontinued and TfL is stopping all remaining cards on 15 March.
Your child cannot use their Child or U14 photocard after this date.
In January we sent you a part-completed application form. To get your child's 11-15 or 5-10 Oyster photocard, you and your child must sign, date and return the form back to us before
7 March in the postage paid envelope.
Once we receive your form, we will send you the new 11-15 or 5-10 Oyster photocard for your child to start using immediately. We will send you the photocard appropriate for your child's age.
If you lose or have not received the part-complete form, please call us on 0343 222 1234 and choose the Child or U14 swap out option or go to tfl.gov.uk/photocard and click on the
Lost/Stolen and Damaged link .
